The 86100B Infiniium DCA is a modular system with three primary functions. It is a high-bandwidth sampling oscilloscope, a digital communications analyzer, and a time domain reflectometer.
The 86100B has extensive processing power to simplify tasks such as mask testing, margin analysis, extinction ratio measurements, and eye measurements such as crossing percentage, jitter, rise/fall time, and more.
An extensive list of standard measurements is accessible through soft key menus.

• Compatible with Agilent 86100A-series, 83480A-series and 54750-series modules
• 200 fs inherent jitter
