  • The Keysight B2901A precision source / measure unit (SMU) is a 1-channel, compact, and cost-effective benchtop SMU with the capability to source and measure both voltage and current. It is versatile to easily perform current versus voltage (I/V)  measurement  with high accuracy.

Supports one-channel configuration
Integrated voltage/current 4-quadrant precision source and measurement capabilities for easy and accurate I/V measurement
Maximum output: 210 V, 3 A DC/10.5 A pulse
Minimum source resolution: 1 pA /1 μV (6½ digits)
Minimum measurement resolution: 100 fA/100 nV (6½ digits)
Arbitrary waveform generation and digitizing capabilities from 20 μs interval
IVI-COM drivers, and SCPI supporting conventional SMU command set for basic compatibility
LXI class C, USB2.0, GPIB, LAN and digital I/O interface
The 4.3’’ color display supports both graphical and numerical view modes
Free application software to facilitate PC-based instrument control
